    Paris Masters kicks off tomorrow. Nadal pulled out last week due to injury (tendinitis in his arm I think) and it is quite possible that Novak Djokovic will pull out by the morning. If this is the case, Murray will be seeded 1st with Federer at Number 2.

    It could be a very interesting tournament. Only 5 players (Djokovic, Nadal, Murray, Federer & Ferrer) have qualified for the Tour Finals and 8 players are still in the running for the final 3 spots. Here's the stats broken down...

    Who Can Make London
    No.6- Tomas Berdych - 2,940 pts
    No.7- Jo-Wilfried Tsonga - 2,935
    No.8- Mardy Fish - 2,875
    No.9- Nicolas Almagro - 2,370 (must reach Paris final to have chance)
    No.10- Juan Martin del Potro - 2,315 (must reach Paris final to have chance)
    No.11- Janko Tipsarevic - 2,305 (must reach Paris final to have chance)
    No.12- Gilles Simon - 2,155 (must win Paris to have chance)
    No.14- Gael Monfils - 1,925 (must win Paris to have chance)

    {Note: No.13 Robin Soderling's season has finished and will not qualify}

    The top 16 have byes into 2nd round. Hard to know who will win. If Djokovic competes, he could be weakened by injuries; he looked awful in the Basel SF against Nishikori! Haven't seen much of Murray since Flushing. Federer looked really good at Basel.
    Personally, I think I'll favour Federer....by a millimetre! He's never won Paris Masters and this would be a great boost for him after a pretty lacklustre year.

    Tournament starts Monday morning @ 10am on Sky Sports.:)

    del Potro out of tournament due to shoulder injury.

    Hope he'll be healthy for the Davis Cup final in few weeks.

    Great win for Federer!! Played an amazing 1st set. Tsonga hadn't a clue what hit him!

    2nd title for Fed in about 2 weeks. He's looking very good for London next week. I wouldn't bet against him!
