Firstly, /b/ is 4chan. Not Anon.

Secondly, Anon never had anything to do with the FB Hack. It was one guy who is part of Anon that wanted to take it down. Anon always said they wouldn't want to take out FB because it's such a good tool for spreading various messages.

Thirdly, you probably just got hacked.

    Nothing like yours but

Someone tried to get into my facebook recently

I've settings in place that facebook send me on a pin number for any new devices trying to access my account though and that's how I found out. They obviously never received the pin though and I since changed my password :pac:

No because I was as clever as to make my password so hard that even I forgot it

I know 2 people that got hacked.
When they logged in, it said they detected a log in from an unknown location and asked them to changed their password.
The locations were Chicago and Washington.

This might be a daft question, but I'm not seeing the point. Why would someone want to hack someones facebook?

Bet you just left your account logged in at a friend's house and they changed your password on you.

Why would I want to hack into sometimes fb account?

To write 'witty' status updates or something:confused:

You have "" followed by "Yay my facebook got hacked".

Make your mind up, are you angry or are you happy that you got hacked? Maybe your bi-polar?

go to www.facebook.com/hacked from the same browser you usually use - also bear in mind they probably got in via your email so check those passwords and reset them, change them, change the security settings, etc

Anon are reportedly creating/testing/releasing(?) a FB "virus".

Unlikely it was Anon but they are killing their afternoons by at least threatening Facebook, no idea if they're actually doing anything ( although the vast majority seem to be focused on Occupy X protests and SOPA/PIPA).

it was anon, the whole point of the whole hacking faceboook was to show people that their private information can be accesed so easily
