Freeview question

    Hi guys
    I was given a kenmark 26inch lcd tv with a dab mpeg2 tuner built in for freeview .I live in bundoran not far from the border.
    i have a triax hg 5 uhf aerial which is capable of picking up freeview.The aerial is in my attic which i use for saorview but i faced the aerial to brougher mountain transmitter which is used for freeview and tuned in the dab tuner all im getting is the rte radio channels just wondering why im not getting any of the freeview stations.Any suggestions welcome thanks

    Can you receive the analogue TV channels from Brougher Mt?
    What group is the aerial?

    Someone in the area might advise on what the signal strength is like in relation to freeview reception.

    Its a wideband uhf channel 21-68 aerial.I tuned in the analogue channels it picks up the irish channels good the bbcs,itv,channel 4 you can see them but they are not crystal clear,I wonder if i had the aerial outside would it improve the picture,Or mabye i need a longer aerial with a greater db gain.
