What qualifications do I need?

I started a 2 year plc course in Carlow, at the end of the two years I'll have the NCEF for gyms and fitness centers in Ireland. The thing is I really want to go to Australia and work in a gym over there as soon as possable,I don't think the NCEF is recognized over there would I have to do a course over there? I can't find…
