Camera on Galazy S Mini stuck, cant use camera, weird icon on the screen ?

I dunno what I pressed but any time I try to use the camera on my phone it does nothing, and I have to wait for the phone to go into standby or turn it off to get back to the main menu. There is an Icon of what looks like a kettle bell weight on the screen that Ive never seen before, this is my first android phone so…

I dunno what I pressed but any time I try to use the camera on my phone it does nothing, and I have to wait for the phone to go into standby or turn it off to get back to the main menu. There is an Icon of what looks like a kettle bell weight on the screen that Ive never seen before, this is my first android phone so forgive me if this is something simple, Ive tried turning the phone off and even took the battery out for 30 seconds but its still there when I power it back up.
