Extra Wide Venetian Blinds

    Hi All,

    We're blessed with a fantastic from out house over the sea and because of this we put in failry big windows in our sun room; 2700x1750 / 2100x1750 but now i can't find anywhere in Ireland that will/can do wxtra wide venetian blinds to fit them...
    Everyone is coming back saying that "you'll need to put 2 blinds across that window" but to be honest thats not even an option; it'd just look stupid.

    Has anyone got any recommendations of who to talk to? Not looking to break the bank here either...

    You should have no trouble getting rollers, aluminium venetians or vertical blinds in those sizes. Wood venetians go up to about 2400 mm wide so you should have no trouble with the smaller window. Is the larger window a single pane of glass? If it is separate panes, it might make more sense, and be cheaper, to fit 3 or 4 blinds rather than just 2.

    The larger window in one single pane of glass (big i know). Everyone is quoting the 2400mm as being the biggest but there are guys in the UK who'll do up to 5000mm.

    I havent,but my friend used them,to kit out his business place,and they did a great job for him.:)

    Hello everyone, I am after some feedback on roller blinds blinds...in particular should they hang down over the top and sides of the frame or should they sit nicely within the frame? I have seen them both ways.
