Can anyone suggest some help with this?
I've IOS5, I will have a new replacement iphone in about 3 weeks but battery issues mean if i go more than 1 hour without a charge my phone dies :(

I have a samsung galaxy there to be used but i'd rather not lose my contacts.

    Thanks!

    You could try google sync.

I tried that (along with outlook sync), but i actually have no idea where they appear in google.

The outlook sync only transferred about 10 contacts

Try "phonecopy" app. I think it's available for android phones too!

if you have a gmail email set up on the phone remove it and set it up again but select ms exchange, put the email ad as the description and username and enter the password, tap next

the server is m.google.com tap next again and it will ask what do you want to sync, turn on contacts and tap keep on iphone on the popup

when you finish the set up just enter mail and refresh and it will start copying all your contacts to gmail
