is it worth signing up for the chamber of commerce?

    has anyone experience of the chamber of commerce? we want to target b2b and chamber would seem ideal way to meet other businesses and promote our business?

    Yes, Chamber can be a great way to make new contacts. Like all such organisations you have to put the time into it to get anything out of it.

    Thanks rigor mortis, im only a small sole trader and there seems to be some big names on the list of members, is there a bit of poshness with the chamber or is it pretty much the same as many business networks? i would never before have considered joining something like that

    another question, when you get to pitch to a chamber network meeting, its mentioned on the web that the pitch is 60 seconds - is this timing exact - do they ring a bell to finish your pitch or is the 60 second a guide?
