Hi all, iv bought a few groupon deals..I was wondering is it ok to just show them the reference code in your phone instead of printing out each page

That would all depend on the particular deal and retailer. Unlikely though, as they would need to keep a record, and the printout would be that. Without the printout they'd have to write down the code somewhere, otherwise they wouldn't get paid.

Some of the deal sites have an online facility for the businesses - I went to a gym recently to redeeem a voucher and while I had the voucher with me, once they had the number, the lady behind the desk knew my name, address and contact details

I woundn't count on this though..
