You need to read/contact Revenue and ask them the relevant questions and/or to assess your tax status.

Having an Emergency Tax Basis isn't an entitlement, it's a being taxed at a higher rate because the dept of revenue lack sufficient employment documentation to give you the proper rate of tax for your level of income...
