Musings on mustard

I've been reading through the threads here, and a few thoughts come to mind...

    1) Does anyone make their own mustard? Just found a recipe for beer and horseradish mustard. Sounds good. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Beer-and-Horseradish-Mustard-355236 if interested.

    2) Anyone seen Colman's Horseradish mustard around recently? I thought it was the perfect combination, but haven't seen it for years.

    3) Pre-made mustard or the powdered stuff (talking about Colman's English)? If the powdered version, would you make it up with vinegar or water?

    4) There used to be a rhyme about mustard - something like 'it's not the mustard you ate, but the mustard you left on your plate' (which made Mr Colman, if there is such a person, his millions). Does anyone remember that?

I'm so glad there's a place to ask these important questions.

    That sounds truly vile. *Shudder*

I'm afraid I do not recall that particular one.
However, perhaps one of these might tickle your fancy.
