Can I get some advice on this. I am looking into it at the moment.

Is anyone on here doing it? Would you recommend it?

    Pros - Cons??

Who is it with? Any links?

At the moment I would be wary because you are agreeing to buy a house at todays prices (and possibly higher) while prices are dropping.

It is down in Cork. Company called DOOLEY AND HOWARD.

Me and the Girlfriend are looking into it. First time buyers and both finished College.

So the rent to buy scheme would suit us. Just wondering who has first hand experience on it and would they recommend it for ourselves.

Do you feel the house prices will drop even further after the New Year?

ignorant to the whole scheme (and dont trust it!)
you sound like you are doing this FOR THE SAKE OF IT?

there is no rush for you to commit to any property,
just cause you are young and want to get step on the debt ladder.

house prices to keep dropping so long as so many negatives remain
    which could be for YEARS
