Fix leaky pipe

Hopefully this is something that's easy to fix.
I have a leaking pipe in my hotpress - see attached picture.
The leak is coming from the nut. I would guess that there's a rubber seal inside that needs replacing, but don't really know.
The pipe going down connects to the pump, and I'm not sure where the one going into the wall goes.
I'm wondering if this is something I can fix myself, or would I call the landlord? It seems fairly easy to do, but don't want to end up flooding the hotpress.

Yea probably not too difficult to fix, depending on where the water is coming from. Best to alert the land lord and have him get it sorted. Its his property so he should look after it.

One of the joys of rending. If you can stick a pot under it or even a towel so it doesn't cause any damage.

Yeah, was hoping to try to do it without the landlord if possible, but I guess that's the best thing to do.
I've got something under it to catch most of the water.

If it was me i would quarter turn that nut. But if i was renting the house i would get the landlord.
