Does anyone know driving testing / licensing
Basically I want to do the truck and trailer(ec1) licence but by doing that does it also entitle you to the car and trailer (eb1)
Anyone know where in the country you can do these?? Or where I'd get the info iv tried rsa already!

List of driving test centres here: http://www.rsa.ie/Utility/Contact-Us/Driving-Test-Centres/

AIUI, completing the test EC entitles you to a licence for EB also. Your driving instructor should be able to confirm this with you.

Also probably worth doing test EC rather than EC1 unless cost is a big factor. EC covers articulated trucks, EC1 doesn't. Rules on suitable vehicles here: http://www.rotr.ie/your-licence-and-vehicle/representative-vehicles-for-driving-test/index.html

    Yes.
Your licence category EC1 entitles you to EB as well.
No such thing as EB1 in Ireland.

If you passed your last theory test more than 2 years ago (or not at all), then answer is: yes, you need to do a test.
