    Just to let other bakers know I was in Aldi the other day and they were selling silcone baking sheets that can be used as rolling mats etc for about 3.50.
    They are amazing for rolling fondant icing on, totally non-stick, and barely any washing up. also they have measurements marked on it, and circles too, so you can roll into a circle shape if rolling pastry for pies etc.
    Sorry mods if this is OT or should be in bargain alerts, just thought u might want to know :)
