Carrolls quay road condition

    Anybody know the reason for or who is responsible for the condition of the road on carrolls quay? This is the road from Christy Ring bridge to the brewery. There are multiple badly filled in strips across the road that are now brutally potholed. Whoever you are it's a disgrace. And shame on the council for allowing it.

    I cycled along that strip tonight and almost nearly came a cropper in one of the channels dug across the street. Very, very bad condition.
