[Share / Wanted] Accomodation near Phoenix Park or Sandymount

Im looking for someone to team up with to share part of a lease on some nice property or other in one of above stated areas. You'll notice the locations are a bit of a distance apart;my choice of these to is purely down to personal preference. Ill be working in Dublin from beginning December so Ill be looking to move around then. Id be willing to forgo max 650e on rent for a nice place, though im flexible; depends if im bowled over by the property

Phoenix park appartments are nice. Both appartments close to train station.
