What are bet365 like for paying out?

Planning to join bet365 and was just doing some research and have heard some stories about awful delaying tactics. Just wondering what people's experience of the site was like.
Also on the registration form there's a field for House Number/Name, which I can't fill out as we don't have one. How do I get around that? Thanks in advance.

365 are a perfectly respectable and reliable bookmaker for the recreational player, you should have no problems with them.

Quality bookmaker for customer service anyway.

Only negative I would say about them is I went to have a large bet on a horse with them at 10/1 before and they would only take €120, which I thought was ridiculous
