I damaged the left wiper arm for a '99 Accord
    1. Can they be bought new?
    2. Can they be bought in single or in pairs?
    3. Any breaker yards that are worth checking out

Second part. Any one recommend a guy who could refill freon/Air Con gas in said Accord. The system needs a refill for sure.

    1. Yes they can be bought new any good motor factors would be able to order you them in.
    2. Single
    3. Summerhill spares in Dublin or Donedeal.

As for your air con issue, I seen a bottle in my local motor factors in which you refill the A/C yourself. You could even pick a smell to go with it.
