Bus Éireann - infomation / complaints service

    Just wondering if anybody has experienced the same issue as myself when trying to get a straight answer from Bus Eireann, i.e the either

    a) simply dont respond, despite a read receipt indicating that they have opened the email.

    b)They copy and paste the most generic announcement from their website that doesnt actually answer the question you raised, and then thank you for contacting them

    c) If pushed, (i,e you say you have to ask the NTA etc), they send you an appeasing email saying they are looking at your previous email, but the end result is the same, i.e you dont hear back from them or if you do you dont get your questions answered!

    The have a facebook page with a discussions tab too. and as one poster posted like week, "whats the point in having this if you wouldnt respond to any of the issues raised on it"

    the mind boggles!

    Had the exact same issue today. Most incompetent pack of idiots I have ever dealt with.
