Landlord Costs?

I am trying to decide between selling my house or becoming an unwilling landlord.
Can someone tell me the rough costs involved with being a landlord?
I am thinking about things like PRTB Costs, 2nd home tax cost, Insurance, Letting company fees (house is far away so will prob need one of these)
I currently receive TRS on my mortgage. Do I lose this if I rent the house? Do I have to pay tax on the rental income. The rent won’t cover the mortgage.
    Thanks for any help.

    I think
    75eu for the prtb
    200eu for nppr
One months rent for an agent

    You will lose trs
Your mortgage may not allow you rent the house and stay on the same rate
You pay full tax on the income excluding 75% of interest and capital allowances at 12.5%
