Hey Trying to be a vague as possible :D Started a job about 4 months ago buisness is good and was asked to take a pay cut more or less said no... now it looks like my job is been advertised without my knowledge any advice ? Cheers the man they call VeGo

Within the first year, they can let you go for any reason, with the minimal notice. Try keep all evidence you can get your hands on in case you can complain to NERA, but you still may lose you job.
