Ipod Touch - Bluetooth

My ipod touch won't pick up the bluetooth on my NOKIA E72 or iphone 4. It's the newest model 64G ipod touch. Any suggestions?

you cant transfer files via the ipod touch with other phones, the bluetooth is for headsets/headphones for calls/streaming music only. thats why its not picking up the phones.
