Anyone know anything about these cars ? My guess is depreciation is savage and on a par with the Chrysler 300 C ?

Worth a punt or best avoided ?

Avoid. At least the 300c looks nice, the Sebring is so bland. Besides - the Chrysler 200 (lancia flavia) has replaced it.

There are many reasons not to buy one.

Drove one of these for a weekend a good while back and hated everytyhing about it...It looked and felt like a car that Homer Simpson designed ...Duh !

It's like a vulgar version of a Kia magentis or something, usually driven by the type of men who have those leather mobile phone holders and keys attached to their belt

I've only ever seen them at taxi ranks in the uk which leads me to believe Chrysler UK couldn't shift them and sold them heavily discounted to the taxi trade to get rid of them.

Have you a link to an ad for one?

Maybe if it was VERY cheap but they are **** to look at and be in

No , no link available - its a friend of a friend that's thinking about it ( honest :) ).
It looks a comfortable car , though I have to agree with the comments about it being like a vulgar Kia.

So an engineer is what you're saying?

I'm surprised, as I didn't think there were enough Sebring's on the road for someone to make such a judgement.

I have a leather phone holder and attach my keys to my belt. It stops me loosing them.

There's a few around where I live. main dealer nearby

Not engineers, more people who buy a car by the square yard and think luxury is leather effect plastic seats

I'm sorry, but I burst my hole laughing at that post.

I drove the 2.7 cabriolet in the states. I now know why American roads are so wide. They steer atrociously. They were only manual here, I think, which didn't help selling them in Ireland.

Ditto. What a heap of sh1te that was :D

Then again, it was in Florida, the weather was fab, the roads were all straight and wide and the roof was down and the aircon worked (loud!!!). I wasn't complaining :)
