Cast Iron Rads

Im building a new house at the minute and have acquired a number of old cast iron rads for it. The rads need to be refurbished - does anybody know where I could get this done? Or how much it would cost? How could I work out the BTU output of the rads? What is the best paint / finish for them? Any help appreciated.
