Kevin Abosh is the photographer - he's Irish & is well known (especially in Hollywood) for his portrait photography.

I think it's brilliant that he has an exhibition at our main airport as it shows off one of our many great talents to visitors to the country.

The fact that one of the photos is of Bertie Ahern is a good idea in my book - Ahern is one of the major icons of our modern political history.. for all the wrong reasons, yes, but that doesn't mean that he should be brushed under the carpet & forgotten about.

One of the functions of art is to make us feel & think and how better to achieve that than with a portrait of a politician - who far & beyond any other politician of his era in the last 15 years - manages to rise up so many feelings & emotions.

Wow. I've seen it all now. Bertie Ahern has turned into a young red haired girl! This is almost as miraculous as Michael Jackson turning from a poor black kid into a rich white man!
