Garlic oil recipe

    Hi there -

    My sister brought me back a 5-litre bottle of nice extra-virgin olive oil from a trip abroad.
    I'd love to make a nice, flavoursome garlic oil with some of it - like you get for dribbling on your pizza in a nice Italian.
    I was gonna just chuck cloves into a bottle with it, but read that it can be hazardous (botulism can grow apparently - rare but possible)!

    So can anyone give me a nice (and safe) recipe they've tried?
