Well... let’s hope he was drunk or off his meds! Can you imagine the dire consequences if Perry was just letting his hair down and having a bit of fun that day? And countering the media’s portrayal of him as a brash, mean-spirited, bible-thumping Texan who’s accustomed to a bare-knuckled brand of politics?
