I'm also very intrested in this TV, its out of stock at the moment, was due in today but has changed to tomorrow.

I think the reason there isn't any reviews on it as far as I can see is because it isn't for sale in Ireland or the UK, but if you go to the Samsung website and click on France you can view the details there (In French)!!

Was also wondering about the Dongle required for the Smart TV, it says oyu need the samsung wireless dongle, they are 50quid.

But I am presuming that any wireless dongle might work, any info on this at all!?!?!

Its not full HD and its a Plasma!! Thats why it so cheap....

I dont think anyone is intrested in HD Ready anymore, and Plasma and LCD have been replaced by LED!!

Not entirely true. Plasma TV's have a higher quality viewing experience (deeper blacks, more colours).

I dont think anyone is intrested in HD Ready anymore, and Plasma and LCD have been replaced by LED!!

Plasma is the best picture quality you can get

The technology in this screen has now surpassed what used to be the best screen on the market , ( Pioneer Kuro ) and most people who care about picture quality are waiting for next years flagship Plasma models from Panasonic to see if any of this reference quality technology has trickled down into more affordable models ,

    http://www.avforums.com/review/Panasonic-Professional-VX300-TH65VX300-65-Inch-3D-Plasma-TV-Review.html

and for the record , the vast majority of so called "LED" screens are nothing of the sort , they are LCD screens with an LED backlight.

Samsung have been pulled up multiple times by the ASA in regard to false advertising with their LED backlit LCD screens.

If your buying a screen advertised as LED , be aware that what you are buying is an LCD screen.

    http://www.asa.org.uk/ASA-action/Adjudications/2009/8/Samsung-Electronics-UK-Ltd/TF_ADJ_46783.aspx

There is a technology called OLED , which so far has only made it to small screens , when this technology is readily available in larger screen sizes it will outshine both LCD and Plasma , but its not available in large screens at the moment , despite the fraudulent advertising you see on most so called "LED" sets.

I've tried looking for skype and can't see it anywhere.....Does anyone know how to get skype on this TV? Or can someone give me a link to a Smart TV around 40 - 42" that has Skype.......

Quiet annoyed if the picture is showing one thing and the TV doesn't even support it.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dan

Have bought 2 TV's off them previously but I don't think they will beat the prices in the UK for TV's at the moment.

Am looking to arrange getting my TV couriered over.

    Thanks
