hi all looking for some advice, my van was almost empty when my girlfriend put in E10 of petrol by mistake:eek: she drove it for about 10 miles before getting home and now it wont start! i put in E10 diesel in the hope it would dilute it and start but no joy:( what are my options? if i keep turning it over will it do any damage or do i tow it to a garage?

    thanks in advance:confused:

Depending on the engine, you might get away with brimming it with diesel if it's old and basic. But, there's petrol in your lines and fuel filter already so you'll have to change/clean the filter at least.

HDi? If so, get it towed to a garage.
