Hi - considering buying a house on Beneavin Road, Glasnevin and wondering what the area is like for primary and secondary schools. We want to make whatever house we buy our family home and want to have good schools in the catchment area. Any information about schools would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I went to St.Marys Holy Faith, down by the Met office. It was and by all accounts still is a decent secondary girls school. Mother Of Divine Grace national school is right near by too. Pretty okay too these days so I hear. Not much in the area by ways of Educate together or multi denominationals. Maybe try the rate my teacher site? Not sure how accurate it really is but might give some inkling..Then again it's probably filled in by irrate kids! There's actually loads of schools withinn reach when I think about it. St.Canices, St Kevins, you might try their facebook sites.
