Tubes and sizing

I had to get a spare tube the other day. In my LBS I asked for size 700*35c. When I got home I noticed the sizing seemed to be listed in a different format on the tube box:

    28/47 - 622/635

From doing a quick google I think 700*35c should be 35-622 or possibly 37-622.

Should this tube be alright in my 700*35c tyres? When I took it out of the box I noticed it was a good deal skinnier than the tubes I'm used to. Haven't had to use it yet. Just paranoid about getting a flat in the middle of nowhere and realising I can't use it.
