Problem with BT/Vodafone Waterford?

Is there some issue with BT (Business) or Vodafone in Waterford? The download rates seem to have dropped drastically and even though speedtest.upc.ie says that the Line has about 2.5Mb/s download, it is hard pressed to get about 30KB/s (approx 300Kb/s). Has anyone else had problems with BT/Vodafone over the last day or so?

    Regards...jmcc

It is across the country for the past 36 hrs or so and Vodafone appear to be doing nothing about it as usual. Useless.

Hope they resolve it tomorrow. I've a lot of work to get through and it depends on static IPs.

Yep. Home Broadband but not with static IPs. The static IPs are on the BT business package.

Seems to be stabilising but then again, a lot of people would be asleep about now. :)
