Sooo I Facebooked this guy I like asking him out on a coffee date last night and now I'm too chicken to go on to Facebook to see his reply.

I'm wishing for death and/or for the earth to swallow me whole.

You are all invited to my pity party.

If he says no and its that embarassing just send him a comment going ''sorry, forgot to log out of my facebook last night and someone sent a load of embarassing messeges"

It's too early for a pity party.

Go check the reply. Could be good news.

^^ What Silverfish said, just check the reply already and get it over with.

You can't avoid Facebook forever. The longer you leave it, the worst it'll be regardless of what answer you get.

Ye all make perfectly sane arguments.
    Unfortunately UCH.
I'm having convulsions just thinking about logging on.

Seriously? You asked a guy out for coffee, you didn't propose to him. Even if he does say no, so what? You should be proud of yourself for making the effort, as opposed to sitting back and waiting to be asked. Just check to see what he has said. Oh, and good luck!

It's like ripping a plaster off. Get it over and done with. Stop faffing about and get your answer. It's only information :)

    So... he hasn't replied.
    Shamed.
At least I've gotten on to Facebook anyways. :P

Though it's lighthearted, the usual rules apply to this thread. Do not request updates, thanks.

Yes indeed there is some amount of humour in here.

He just said yes, like ten mins ago.
Turns out though that neither of us like coffee SOOO we're going for tea instead.
