    Hi there,

I want to find out if the max weight allowed on a Ford Transit based motorhome is 3500 or 3850. Can anyone tell me where to locate the plate on a Mk 7 Transit please ? Will it be pretty easy to decipher after locating it ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Ok, an update.

The door pillar of the transit had a plate that showed the max weight at 3500.

However, when we looked under the bonnet of the transit there was another plate that read 3850. Didn't know that that was what happened.

So I learned something new :)

I would have been in trouble if I bought the wagon seeing as I only have a B license.
