I'm curios to see if there are any other django (or any other python frameworks for arguments sake) developers here on boards? There don't seem to be many around.

    Something about sandwiches

I make android apps with a server backend.
I almost exclusively use python/Django as my REST server.

In saying that though, i've only made about 3 or 4.

I was actually gonna start out using Bottle instead of Django, but then I found a host that only supported Django so chose that. There's also more support out there for Django, then Bottle.
