Bank holiday pay

Hi I work full time for a shop fitting company and do overtime every week. I have been on and off with them for the last year and have never been paid for a bank holiday. Anyhow my latest stint with them is since the middle of August. Am I legally entitled to the bank holiday pay? I won't be working it but want to know am…

Cant look it up as on a mobile but as far as i recall if you have worked 40hours in the previous 5 week you get a fifth of a day. If you normally work Monday you should get the full day. Check citizens information website it will be on that.
