Alt-accounts

Hi, A particularly offensive poster was consistently banned and then re-reged under an alt-account. As far as I can see, her original account was permabanned but her alt-account was just banned for a month. I may have this totally wrong. But, surely it would make more sense to permaban the alt-account and ban the original…

Hi,

A particularly offensive poster was consistently banned and then re-reged under an alt-account. As far as I can see, her original account was permabanned but her alt-account was just banned for a month.

I may have this totally wrong.

But, surely it would make more sense to permaban the alt-account and ban the original account for a month so that other posters would still know who they are dealing with a month on.

Just my thoughts.

Please PM the details to me and I'll have a look at it. I suspect that the intention was to issue the bans the other way around and an error was made.
