    Was he with a friend who you asked to take a photo and only later did you find out it was Bruce Springstein?

    That story has been going around for years

    No need for the made up stories OP

    Who are you, Marilyn Monroe?
    We don't have a 'Mr President' in Ireland. We have a president. You address him as President Higgins or A hUachtaráin Ó hUiginn. Alternatively, President Higgins may be addressed simply as His Excellency or A Shoilse.

    He was in the Huntsman yesterday evening at about 5pm.....the patrons give sort of a half hearted round of applause for him...he was with a couple of bodyguards/protectiony type mens...

    I don't remember him being so little.

    {polite response}.

    ... I think it might be the fact that the man was in Dublin on Saturday night so couldn't have been in a pub in Galway (with you), which is why we don't believe you...:rolleyes:

    {not so polite response}

    ... because you are telling lies :D

    He currently can not addressed in any of the above ways as he is President Elect.

    That's funny, he was chattin to a load of us from a podium in Eyre Sq Round 5 pm!

    Although I'd more believe he popped in earlier on the way down than the Charlie's Angels story at Coili's the night before :)

    He wouldn't have just gone to his house, no? The more you say about it the worse it gets.
