Broken tv

    was watching tv yesterday afternoon on my 3D tv and i paused the programe i was watching as i paused it the tv went black and then a little black hole appeared on middle bottom of my screen i took a closer look and it is cracked like a spider web but not from outside of the plasma but inside, ive only had this tv around 6mths i bought it from currys will my warranty be covered? should i bring it in to currys or contact panasonic would really appreciate some advice

    ring currys and get a replacement.

    cant seem to get there number anywhere, Cant find receipt bought it in galway

    ok i got there number do u think they will replace it? as ive been told my friends that they wont coz theres a crack on the screen

    Your contract of sale is with Currys, contact them and have them handle return to Panasonic if necessary.

    Currys have a forum on Boards.ie, where Declan (their MD) answers queries and regularly assists in getting problems sorted where possible.

    I'd suggest posting your issue there.
