    Hi all,

    I have just setup my 180L Vision tropical aquarium and am hoping that someone in my general area could help.

    What I need is someone to give me some old filter material or the like that is populated with the bacterial colinies needed to complete the cycling process.

    I have read up well on the cycling process and this way seems to be the quickest route to a safe cycle.
