iPhone 4 - No video on Youtube when docked?

Wondering can anyone help please? When I dock the iPhone 4 I then lose video output to the screen?
Message is:
TV Connected
This video is playing on the TV
Trouble is there is no TV.
- On a side note I did think it would be cool to order a small 10" screen from Ebay etc. and mount it somewhere easily viewed (Dock is on Kitchen Counter) Presume this would work with any LCD screen that accepts RCA video in?
- Its the below JVC micro system with RCA video out to rear....
