    Lo All,
I was wondering if anyone could point me towards some good guides for training for adventure races. I am hoping to do the Dingle one next June.
I am currently doing allot of cycling and am fairly strong on the bike. I only started running 4 weeks ago but I managed to finish the Humpty Dumpty duathlon yesterday. I used to do allot of mountain climbing but when the kids came along that all stopped. So hopefully I am not starting from scratch.
Names of any good books or guides or links to online stuff would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Eoin

I haven't been able to find anything that useful. I'm very interested to see the advice and recommendations you get.

Take a look at the WAR, Roar, Rough Diamond etc websites. There's training programs from Paul Mahon and Padraig Marey(spl?) on some of them.
