Vokera Linea HE Boiler Not Working - Help!

We have a Vokera 'Linea HE' boiler heating our apartment which is gas heated.

Over the last few days we noticed there was no hot water and it was acting up. The landlord came and had a look yesterday but said he won't be able to get a plumber in til after the bank holiday so we're left without hot showers etc til then which is a nuisance.

I was just wondering if there was anyone on here who might be able to offer some advice on it.

We have tried resetting it numerous times and it does come on but then switches off again after a few minutes.

I got it going briefly yesterday and it heated the water but since I've been unable to.

I've attached a picture of what's displaying on it when we try to turn it on.

I can also adjust the temperatures on the digital display with the two grey
wheels but as I know very little about these machines, I don't want to just start pressing buttons aimlessly for fear of making the situation worse.

Would appreciate any advice if this might be a simple problem that we could try and remedy ourselves.

10 (or E10) on most vokeras is a very general alarm indicating flame failure, is could be numerous causes and will have to be checked

Just a heads up for all who read this

IF A BOILER LOCKS OUT, AND REQUIRES A RESET, DO NOT KEEP RESETTING TO 'GET IT GOING' AS THE BOILER IS INDICATING A FAULT CONDITION 'FOR SAFETY' THAT WILL NEED TO BE CHECKED BY A REGISTER TECHNICIAN
