From the resources I can find online, some of them (at least) are in NUIM (Oct 11th) and UCD (Oct 12th). However, that's not a guarantee that your own specific cheque will be in. It's worth calling into the student registry/records/relevant office dealing with maintenance grants to ask if it's in, because not all colleges will notify you if they're in.
