Hopefully someone knows the name of a board game I played about 10 years ago. Its not really a board game because there is no board. More like the game of scruples.
Players were assigned colors and every player received a plastic box and a random question card that was placed on the box. These were passed around and each player would place inside a colored disc that matched the color of the player they thought would most fit the question on the box.
For example one of the questions might be something like "If you were are all out having diner which one of you would be the most likely to leave the biggest tip.?" You cannot vote for yourself, you do not have your own color chips, and after all the boxes are passed all the way around to their original owners they are opened one by one, the chips are counted and everyone finds out what the others think of them. Pretty devious!
Works best with a group of friends that know each other well.

Anyways hope this rings a few bells. I thought it was something like black box but Google is not helping. Can you?

I have had a look on Board Game Geek and there is a game called Black Box which seems to match your description. It is also called True Colors and there is a copy for sale on Amazon.

    Hope that is of help.
