So im looking at moving out pending a job interview goes well. Its full time work so my question is in relation to tax. Im currently working a 16 hour contract and on the casual.

I had a baby 7 months ago and she will be staying with me 3 nights per week. People say my tax will go down seeing as i have a child. Me and her mother are not together and i pay maintenance each month. With work and the casual i get about 260 per week and get taxed very little, as bad as it sounds im wondering if a full time position will be a huge step up. Im becoming confused as people are planting different thoughts in my head and i dunno what to do. People say that with the full time position ill be getting taxed so much that it wouldnt be worth it

Any help would be great, Cheers
