Protools Without Mbox (Or Any Hardware)

I know it's possible to get around this problem because I've seen someone do it, but I can't ask him and I can't seem to find the solution anywhere. I have access to the full Protools setup in college but I wish I could edit my things at home instead.

you'll need either protools 9 or 10 to run it without hardware.

If you're a student of Music Tech/Sound Engineering or whatever, send an email to info@tyrell.ie RE: Pro Tools 9 Educational Discount. €280 or so for PT9, iLok and free updates for 4 years, including the Pro Tools 10 update. They'll look for a copy of your student id.
