Going up Monday for general shopping not groceries, just a few questions. What will the savings be like? From bus station are the main shopping areas in walking distance? Is Monday a Bank Holiday there? I'll have €15.50 to pay on the bus up there, student from Bus Aras

A bit late!
Savings all depend on what you are buying but generally yes it is cheaper.
Monday iirc was not a bank holiday.
If you went up how did you get on?
