camcorder tape !!!!!!!!!!

    hi guys....i need some help or advice please ....
    i have a canon mvx2i camcorder,...i have recorded on it something very important to me .....but it has twisted the tape when i was rewinding it ......i have straightened it out , but the spools seem to have stuck on the cassette....im in cork , can anybody help or advise me what to do ??
    any body out there able to fix it for me ?
